INGREDIENTS

Olive oil
½ cup
Distilled white vinegar
½ cup
Fresh lime juice
½ cup
Dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
2 (.7 oz.) package
Whole chicken breast
3, skinless, boneless, cubed
Onion
1, sliced
Green bell pepper
1, sliced
Tortillas
for serving
Picante sauce
for serving
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a large glass bowl and combine the first four ingredients (from oil to dressing mix) in it. Mix well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (from chicken to bell pepper), cover, and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet. Take the chicken pieces, onion, and bell pepper from marinade and sauté them until the chicken is cooked through and onion becomes translucent.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas and sauce.
