Much healthier than classic hamburgers, these easy tuna burgers will satisfy every gourmet!
INGREDIENTS

Tuna
1 (5 oz.) can, drained
Egg
1
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup
Onion
1/3 cup, minced
Celery
¼ cup, minced
Red bell pepper
¼ cup, minced
Mayonnaise
¼ cup
Chili sauce
2 tbsp.
Dried dill weed
½ tsp.
Salt
¼ tsp.
Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp.
Hot pepper sauce
1 dash
Worcestershire sauce
1 dash
Hamburger buns
4
Tomato
1, sliced
Lettuce
4 leaves, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the first 13 ingredients (from tuna to Worcestershire sauce), mix well, and shape into 4 patties.
- To make them easy to handle, keep patties in a fridge for 30 minutes (optional).
- Take a non-stick skillet and coat it with cooking spray.
- Fray the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per each side, or until ready.
- Serve on buns with tomatoes and lettuce.
