Probably the best possible variant of ground chicken!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Ground chicken
2 lbs.
Bread crumbs
1 cup, dry
4 green onions, sliced
Ground coriander seed
1 tbsp.
Fresh cilantro
1 cup, chopped
Sweet chili sauce
¼ cup
Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp.
Oil
for frying
DIRECTIONS
- Combine chicken and bread crumbs in a large bowl, sprinkle with the next five ingredients (from onion to lemon juice) and stir well.
- With your wet hands, form middle-sized balls.
- Add oil to a large skillet and fry the balls until they’re well-browned.
