In this authentic mango sticky rice recipe, sweet rice is sprinkled with sesame seeds and paired with ripe mango!

Mangos, peeled and sliced

Short-grain white rice, uncooked

DIRECTIONS
- Fill a saucepan with water. Add rice and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes (until water is absorbed).
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, 1 cup white sugar, and salt over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the saucepan from heat and set aside. Add rice and cover. Let it cool for 1 hour.
- For sauce: In a saucepan, mix together 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp white sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, and starch. Bring to a boil. Place rice on a serving dish and arrange mango slices on top of the sticky rice. Pour the sauce over rice and mango slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
