This easy meatball recipe is even better than that of your fave Italian restaurant!
INGREDIENTS

Ground beef
1 lb
Ground veal
1/2 lb
Ground pork
1/2 lb
Ground black pepper
to taste
Italian bread
2 cups, crumbled
Water
1 1/2 cups
Olive oil
1 cup
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Eggs
2
Romano cheese
1 cup, grated
Italian parsley
1 1/2 tbsps, chopped
Salt
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, combine beef, veal, and pork. Add minced garlic, eggs, Italian parsley, and Romano cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend crumbled bread into the mixture. Gradually add warm water. Shape the meat mixture into meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat oil. Fry the meatballs until browned and slightly crisp. Drain on paper towel. Serve and enjoy your Scrumptious Meatballs!
