Cook a whole jar of tender and moist cookies for a big party!
INGREDIENTS

Butter
1 cup, softened
White sugar
1 cup
Packed brown sugar
1 cup
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
Vanilla extract
2 tsp.
Peanut butter
1(18 oz.) jar
All-purpose flour
2 cups
Baking soda
1 tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Peanuts
1 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a large bowl, add butter, white sugar, and brown sugar and cream until smooth.
- Add eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until fluffy; add peanut butter and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and add the mixture to the peanut butter mixture.
- Stir peanuts and keep the dough in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4 and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Prepare a walnut-sized balls, put them on the cookie sheet, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they are dry on top.
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes on the cookie sheet and then remove them to a rack to cool completely.
