INGREDIENTS
Servings: 30
Butter
1 cup, softened
White sugar
1 cup
Packed brown sugar
1 cup
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
Vanilla extract
2 tsp.
Peanut butter
1(18 oz.) jar
All-purpose flour
2 cups
Baking soda
1 tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Peanuts
1 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a large bowl, add butter, white sugar, and brown sugar and cream until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until fluffy; add peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and add the mixture to the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Stir peanuts and keep the dough in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4 and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  6. Prepare a walnut-sized balls, put them on the cookie sheet, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they are dry on top.
  7. Let them cool for a couple of minutes on the cookie sheet and then remove them to a rack to cool completely.
