Light and fluffy, these buttermilk pancakes are perfect for weekday breakfasts!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
All-purpose flour 
5 cups
Baking soda 
5 tsps
Salt 
1 pinch
White sugar 
5 tbsps
Eggs 
5
Milk 
1 1/2 cups
Butter
6 tbsps, melted
Buttermilk 
5 cups
Baking powder 
5 tsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together eggs, butter, milk, and buttermilk in a bowl. Combine baking powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and white sugar. Stir into the egg mixture. 
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Prepare it using cooking spray and pour 1/4 cupfuls of the batter onto it. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Flip and cook until browned. Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy your Fluffiest Buttermilk Pancakes!
