INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Milk
1 1/2 cups
3 egg yolks
Vanilla extract
2 tbsp.
All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Sugar
2 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Melted butter 5 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, beat together milk, egg yolks, and vanilla. Stir in sifted flour, sugar, salt and melted butter until well blended.
  2. Heat a crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Using a ladle, pour about 1/2 ladle of batter into the pan and tilt it to spread the batter to the edges. When the creep is pale in color, bubbles form on the top and the edges are dry, flip over. Cook until golden-brown on the other side and edges are golden too. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Place your favorite fruit, cream, caramel, honey or even cheese or bacon onto the crepe, wrap it and serve.
