INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour 
2 cups
Milk 
1 1/2 cups
Vegetable oil 
6 tbsps
Eggs 
2, separated
Baking powder 
4 tsps
Salt 
1/4 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the waffle iron. Spray with cooking spray. 
  2. Sift together baking powder, all-purpose flour, and salt. Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and egg yolks. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks. Fold into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter onto the iron. Cook waffles until golden. Serve and enjoy!
