Appetizer: Watermelon Salsa
INGREDIENTS

Watermelon - 2 cups, chopped, seeds removed
Red onion
2 tbsp., chopped
Anaheim chili
3 tbsp., chopped
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp.
Garlic salt
¼ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Mix onions, chili, and watermelon.
- Season with salt and vinegar.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour or more to let the flavors blend well.
