Hearts of romaine
4, washed, dried
Grape tomatoes
1 cup, sliced
Gorgonzola cheese
1 oz., crumbled
Buttermilk
¼ cup
Sour cream
3 tbsp.
Chives
¼ tsp., dried
Dill
¼ tsp., dried
Parsley
¼ tsp., dried
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Put romaine hearts on a big platter, top with cheese and tomatoes.
- Whisk together all the remaining ingredients (from buttermilk to pepper) and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
