This wholesome dinner features hearty lentils, tomatoes, and pasta!
INGREDIENTS

Onion, chopped

Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Olive oil
2 tbsps
Lentil soup
1 (19-oz) can
Crushed tomatoes
1 cup
Frozen chopped spinach
1 (10-oz) package
Ditalini pasta
1 (16-oz) package
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
Red pepper
1 pinch, crushed
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsps, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Cook onion and garlic together in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add lentil soup and tomatoes. When the mixture starts to boil, add spinach and spices. Reduce to simmer.
- Cook pasta according the instructions on the package. Mix pasta into lentil sauce. Cover, and let it sit for up to 20 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese before serving.
