Baking soda
1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS
- Blend rolled oats until their texture starts resembling flour. In a bowl, combine oats, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, brown sugar, milk powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Combine egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add banana. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Let it stand for about 5 min.
- Lightly oil griddle and heat it over medium-high. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the oiled griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
