INGREDIENTS

Whole wheat flour 
1 cup
Uncooked rolled oats 
1 cup
All-purpose flour 
3/4 cup
Brown sugar 
1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 
2 tbsps
Vanilla extract 
1 tsp
Banana, mashed 
1
Dry milk powder 
2 tbsps
Baking powder 
2 tsps
Baking powder 
 1/2 tsp
Salt 
1/2 tsp
Egg 
1
Milk 
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend rolled oats until their texture starts resembling flour. In a bowl, combine oats, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, brown sugar, milk powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Combine egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add banana. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Let it stand for about 5 min.
  3. Lightly oil griddle and heat it over medium-high. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the oiled griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
