This gluten-free chicken is so easy and so delicious - the coating makes it extra-juicy! Can also be made with chicken breast!
INGREDIENTS

Ground black pepper
1 tsp
Skinless, boneless chicken thighs

Almond meal
1/2 cup
Ground paprika
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a bag, combine paprika, almond meal, salt, and pepper. 1 at a time, place chicken into the bag. Seal the bag and shake until coated. Place coated chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear). Serve and enjoy your Almond Chicken!
