INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
1 cup
Baking powder
1 tbsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Granulated sugar
1 tbsp
Almond milk
1 cup
Coconut oil
2 tbsp
Coconut oil
for frying
Fresh fruit or berries
for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar. Add milk and coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low. Pour the batter onto the skillet, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Flip when bubbles appear around the edges. Cook until golden (about 2 minutes). Serve topped with fresh berries. Enjoy your Fluffy Almond Milk Pancakes!
