This American Potato Salad recipe is flavored with celery, mustard and mayonnaise!
INGREDIENTS

Medium potatoes

1 cup, chopped
Onion
½ cup, chopped
Sweet pickle relish
½ cup
Garlic salt
¼ tsp
Celery salt
¼ tsp
Prepared mustard
1 tbsp
Ground black pepper
to taste
Mayonnaise sauce
¼ cup
DIRECTIONS
- Take a big pot, fill it with water, and season it with salt. Bring the water to a boil, add the potatoes, and boil them for about 15 mins, or until the potatoes are tender but firm.
- Drain the potatoes, let them cool down, peal them, and chop.
- Put the eggs in a saucepan, add cold water so that it covers the eggs completely, and bring the water to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat, and keep the eggs in the boiled water for about 12 mins.
- Take the eggs out of the water, let them cool down, peel them, and chop.
- Mix the potatoes, the eggs, and all the other ingredients in a big bowl. Stir the mixture well, and store it in the fridge until chilled. Serve and enjoy!
