This American Potato Salad recipe is flavored with celery, mustard and mayonnaise!

INGREDIENTS

Medium potatoes

Eggs

Celery
1 cup, chopped
Onion
½ cup, chopped
Sweet pickle relish
½ cup
Garlic salt
¼ tsp
Celery salt
¼ tsp
Prepared mustard
1 tbsp
Ground black pepper
to taste
Mayonnaise sauce
¼ cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a big pot, fill it with water, and season it with salt. Bring the water to a boil, add the potatoes, and boil them for about 15 mins, or until the potatoes are tender but firm.
  2. Drain the potatoes, let them cool down, peal them, and chop.
  3. Put the eggs in a saucepan, add cold water so that it covers the eggs completely, and bring the water to a boil.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat, and keep the eggs in the boiled water for about 12 mins.
  5. Take the eggs out of the water, let them cool down, peel them, and chop.
  6. Mix the potatoes, the eggs, and all the other ingredients in a big bowl. Stir the mixture well, and store it in the fridge until chilled. Serve and enjoy!
