INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Tomato sauce 
1 (6.5 oz) can
Canola oil 
1/4 cup
Onion powder 
1 tbsp
Garlic powder 
1 tbsp
Uncooked white rice 
1 cup
Water 
1 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season with onion and garlic powder. Add white rice and stir for about 4 minutes (until golden).
  2. Add water and tomato sauce. Stir. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce to medium-low heat, and continue cooking for 15 minutes (until tender). Serve. Enjoy your Mexican rice!
