INGREDIENTS

Flour
1 ½ cups
Dried cranberries
1 cup
Softened butter
1 cup
Brown sugar
½ cup
Eggs
2
White sugar
½ cup
Orange extract
½ tsp.
Vanilla extract
½ tsp.
Salt
¼ tsp.
Baking powder
1 tsp.
Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp.
Rolled oats
2 ½ cups
Pecans, chopped
½ cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350°F/180°C/gas mark 4.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Take a bowl and place butter, brown sugar, and white sugar into it. Cream them together until the mixture is smooth. Add vanilla extract, eggs, and orange extract. Mix well.
  4. Place salt, flour, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice into another bowl. Mix. After that, combine the flour mixture with the sugar mixture.
  5. Add oats, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Mix well. With a teaspoon, place rounded portions of dough onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges turn golden.
