Your steaks will melt in your mouth with this avocado sauce!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Avocado
1, large, ripe, largely diced
Butter
½ cup, softened
Lime juice
2 tbsps
Fresh parsley
2 tbsps, chopped
Salt
½ tsp
Fresh chives
1 tbsp, chopped
Pepper flakes
½ tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Put the first five ingredients into a food processor, and mix until smooth.
- Place the mixture into a bowl, and add the last two ingredients. Stir well.
- Put some sauce over a cooked steak.
OR prepare a compound butter:
- Put the sauce onto a big piece of plastic wrap, and form a log shape.
- Roll the mixture to seal, twist the ends, and fold under. Keep it into the fridge for 2 hours.
- Unwrap the butter, and cut it into ½ inch -1 inch slices.
- Put it over fresh steaks and serve.
