INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Brussels sprouts 
1 lb
Thick-cut bacon 
1 lb
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Sea salt 
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Arrange a rack inside a baking dish. 
  2. Pierce an end of a bacon strip on a skewer. Pierce a Brussels sprout on top. Pierce the same bacon strip again, forming a bacon wave. Repeat with more Brussels sprouts. Repeat this with the rest of the skewers. 
  3. Transfer the skewers to the baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until charred. 
  4. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Serve and enjoy your Bacon + Brussels Sprout Skewers!
