You'll only need 4 ingredients (including salt and pepper) to make these Brussels Sprouts Skewers!
INGREDIENTS

Brussels sprouts
1 lb
Thick-cut bacon
1 lb
Ground black pepper
to taste
Sea salt
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Arrange a rack inside a baking dish.
- Pierce an end of a bacon strip on a skewer. Pierce a Brussels sprout on top. Pierce the same bacon strip again, forming a bacon wave. Repeat with more Brussels sprouts. Repeat this with the rest of the skewers.
- Transfer the skewers to the baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until charred.
- Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Serve and enjoy your Bacon + Brussels Sprout Skewers!
