Who said bacon shrimp can be cooked in summer only? Try them any season!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 24
Bamboo skewers
24, thin (can be replaced with toothpicks)
Pre-cooked bacon
12 slices
Jumbo shrimp
24, cooked, peeled
Chili sauce
½ cup, sweet
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the skewers or toothpicks in water for 5 minutes.
- Cut each bacon slice in half and wrap around the middle of each shrimp. Secure with a skewer/toothpick.
- Brush the wrapped shrimp with the chili sauce on both sides.
- Put the shrimp in a broiling pan and broil briefly, turning once, until the bacon becomes lightly colored.
