Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 lbs
Lemon
1, cut into thin slices
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5).
- Combine sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breast. Coat with the brown sugar mixture. Place lemon slices in a baking dish. Next, place the chicken breast on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Then, cover loosely with foil. Allow the chicken breast to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
