Brown sugar 
1 tbsp
Paprika 
1 tsp
Garlic powder 
1 tsp
Salt 
1 tsp
Ground black pepper 
1 tsp
Extra-virgin olive oil
for drizzling
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
2 lbs
Lemon
1, cut into thin slices 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5).
  2. Combine sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breast. Coat with the brown sugar mixture. Place lemon slices in a baking dish. Next, place the chicken breast on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cooked through. 
  4. Then, cover loosely with foil. Allow the chicken breast to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
