INGREDIENTS

Cooking spray 
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Cumin 
1 tsp
Salt

Ground black pepper 
to taste
Ground chicken 
1 lb
Egg 
1
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, grated
Panko breadcrumbs 
1/4 cup
Low-sodium soy sauce 
2 tbsps
Crushed red pepper flakes 
1 pinch
Mayo 
1/2 cup
Hot sauce 
2 tbsps
Honey 
2 tsps
Cumin 
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with cooking spray. 
  2. Place ground chicken, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, and cumin in a bowl. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Roll into 16 meatballs. Place the chicken meatballs on the greased baking sheet. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden. 
  4. To make the dipping sauce: Combine mayo, hot sauce, honey, and cumin in a bowl. Serve the chicken meatballs with the sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
