Baked Quince with Honey
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 5
5 quinces, cut into halves and seeds removed
Walnuts
½ cup
Honey
½ cup
Raisins
1/3 cup
Dried cherry
¼ cup
Butter
1/3 cup
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp
Cinnamon
½ tsp
Vanilla
½ tsp
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 325° F/165° C/Gas Mark 3.

Make small holes in quince halves and put small pieces of butter in each hole.

Chop nuts and combine with raisins, cherry, and honey. Mix in cinnamon and vanilla. Divide the mixture into 10 parts and put in quince halves.

Coat a pan with butter. Place the quinces on the pan and pour a cup of water inside. Bake the quinces for 40 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
