Tilapia fillets, thawed

Butter with canola seed oil, softened
2 tbsp.
Old bay
1 tsp.
Parsley
1 tsp.
Seasoned pepper
1 tsp.
Lemon

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C/Gas Mark 7. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, stir butter with old bay, parsley, and pepper.
- Pat the thawed tilapia fillets dry and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each fillet with seasoned butter.
- Cut the lemon in half.
- Use one half to sprinkle fillets with juice.
- Slice up the remaining half and place a slice of lemon onto each fillet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or more, depending on how thick your fillets are. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes – once it does it easily, remove from oven and serve.a
