INGREDIENTS

Tilapia fillets, thawed

Butter with canola seed oil, softened
2 tbsp.
Old bay
1 tsp.
Parsley
1 tsp.
Seasoned pepper
1 tsp.
Lemon

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C/Gas Mark 7. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, stir butter with old bay, parsley, and pepper.
  3. Pat the thawed tilapia fillets dry and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush each fillet with seasoned butter.
  5. Cut the lemon in half.
  6. Use one half to sprinkle fillets with juice.
  7. Slice up the remaining half and place a slice of lemon onto each fillet.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes or more, depending on how thick your fillets are. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes – once it does it easily, remove from oven and serve.a
