These moist banana blondies are so much better than banana bread!
INGREDIENTS

Salted butter
1/2 cup, melted
Light brown sugar
1 cup
Vanilla
1 tbsp
Egg
1
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Banana
1/2 cup, mashed
Chocolate chips
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Prepare a baking dish: line with parchment paper.
- Combine butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix well. Add vanilla extract. Add egg. Mix well. Add flour. Stir to combine.
- Add bananas and chocolate. Mix until just combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Allow the blondies to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
