INGREDIENTS
Servings: 100
Butter
1 lb
Brown sugar
1 lb
Confectioner’s sugar
1 lb
Vanilla ice cream
1 quart, softened
Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp
Ground nutmeg
1 tsp + more for serving
Rum
1 fl oz per serving
Boiling water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place a large pot over medium heat, add butter, stir until melted. 
  2. Add both sugars, mix well. Remove from heat.
  3. Quickly whisk in the spices and ice cream. Spoon into a freezer-safe container and freeze.
  4. When serving, add rum into a coffee mug. Top with a tablespoon of batter and fill the mug with boiling water. Stir to combine, sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve hot.
