INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Beef broth
1 (14 oz.) can
Pork ribs
3 lbs., boneless
Barbecue sauce
1 (18 oz.) bottle
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add the beef broth to a slow cooker and add the pork ribs. Set on High and cook for 4 hours or until the meat is easily shredded.
  2. Remove the meat and shred it with 2 forks.
  3. Heat the oven to 350° F/177° C/Gas Mark 4.
  4. Place the pork in a Dutch oven or in an iron skillet, add barbecue sauce, and stir well.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
