Tri-tip steak
1 (2-lb)
Small onion
1, chopped
Garlic
7 cloves
Salt
2 tsps
Black pepper

Olive oil
1/2 cup
Vinegar
1/2 cup
Dijon-style prepared mustard
2 tbsps
Soy sauce
1/2 cup
Fresh rosemary
2 tbsps, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Process onion, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic cloves, olive oil, fresh rosemary, Dijon-style mustard, salt, and pepper in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.
- Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over the meat and seal the plastic bag. Refrigerate the steak for 3 hours.
- Preheat the grill for high. Prepare the grill grate by brushing it with oil.
