INGREDIENTS

Ground beef
1 lb.
Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded
Barbecue sauce
¾ 18-oz. bottle
Stewed tomatoes
1 14.5-oz. can, drained
Corn kernels
1 15-oz. can, drained
Tortilla chips
1 14.5-oz. package
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, brown beef over medium-high heat. Drain the fat, but keep the beef in the skillet.
- Add cheese, corn, tomatoes and BBQ sauce to the beef, mix to combine well. Cook until well heated through.
- Spread tortilla chips on 4 plates. Use a spoon to divide the beef mixture between the plates. Serve hot.
