Beef Enchiladas

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Ground beef
1 lb
Onion
¼ cup, chopped
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Worcester sauce
1 tbsp
Tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can
Paprika
1 tsp
Oregano
1 tsp
Chili powder
2 tsp
Cumin
½ tsp
Black pepper
½ tsp
Cheese
3 cups, shredded
Enchilada sauce
1 (10 ounce) can
Olives
optional
Corn tortillas

Sour cream
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fry ground beef until brown, add garlic and onion, and drain.
  2. Add the next seven ingredients (from Worcester sauce to black pepper).
  3. Heat oil in another frying pan. Add tortillas, one at a time, and fry them for 10 sec on each side. Drain the tortillas.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C/Gas Mark 4.
  5. Cover a baking pan with enchilada sauce so that it coats the bottom of the pan.
  6. Fill each of the tortillas with a spoonful of beef mixture.
  7. Put cheese, onions, and olives inside each tortilla, too (optional).
  8. Roll the tortillas, and put them in the baking pan seam side down.
  9. Pout some of enchilada sauce over tortillas, and top the dish with shredded cheese.
  10. Bake in the oven for around 20 mins. Top the dish with sour cream and serve.
