These classic hot and spicy chicken wings are ready in just 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Canola oil 
for frying
Chicken wings 
12, each separated into 2 pieces
Cayenne hot pepper sauce 
1 (12-oz) bottle
Butter 
1 stick
Worcestershire sauce 
several dashes
Hot sauce 
several dashes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F (160° C/Gas mark 3). 
  2. In a pot, heat 3 inches of canola oil to 375° F (190° C). 
  3. Fry half the wings for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Fry the remaining chicken wings. 
  4. Heat cayenne sauce and butter in a saucepan over medium-low. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Keep cooking until bubbles appear. Remove from heat. 
  5. Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Toss to coat. 
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Red Hot Chicken Wings!
