Try this creamy, addictive orange curd that is so easy to whip up!

INGREDIENTS

2 oranges

½ lemon

½ orange
Orange juice
½ orange
Lemon juice
½ lemon
Orange juice
2 oranges
Caster sugar
8 oz
Unsalted butter
4 oz
Egg yolks

DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all the ingredients in a deep heatproof bowl. Whisk them thoroughly but gently.
  2. Place a pot with water over high heat. When the water starts to boil lower the flame. Put the bowl with the ingredients for blood orange curd over the pot. Continue to whisk the ingredients until thickened. Don’t overcook, otherwise, the mixture may curdle!
  3. Cool before serving. Serve with puddings.
