Green onion
¼  cup, finely sliced
Blue cheese
¼ cup, crumbled
Fresh goat cheese (chèvre)
2 tbsps
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir the mixture gently until it’s even, but not smooth.
  3. Put 1-2 spoonfuls of the sauce over a grilled steak.
