1/2 cup
Baking powder 
1/4 tsp
Sugar 
2 tbsp
Kosher salt 
1/8 tsp
Whole milk 
1/3 cup
Unsalted butter
2 tbsp, melted
Pure vanilla extract 
1 tsp
Lemon zest 
1 tsp, grated
Frozen blueberries 
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a 12-oz mug. Whisk the ingredients together. Add milk, unsalted butter, and zest. 
  2. Microwave the mixture on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy your blueberry microwave cake!
