INGREDIENTS
    • Blueberries – 1 cup (frozen or fresh)
    • Plain yogurt – 1 (8 ounce) container
    • 2% reduced-fat milk – 3/4 cup
    • White sugar – 2 tbsp.
    • Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp.
INSTRUCTIONS

    Blend the all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
