Here's how to make the easiest fudge ever in the microwave!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 24
Golden caster sugar 
2 cups
Salted butter 
 10 tbsps, chopped 
Vanilla bean paste 
1 tsp
Condensed milk 
1 (14-oz) can
Coffee liqueur 
2 tbsp
Salt 
1 pinch
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a baking tin by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper. 
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine sugar, milk, 1 pinch salt, and salted butter. Stir together. Stirring every 2 minutes, heat in the microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. 
  3. Add vanilla paste and coffee liqueur. Whisk together. Heat for 2 minutes, until thickened. Scrape the mixture into the prepared baking tin. Allow the boozy fudge to cool (1 hour).
