A light yet nourishing broccoli recipe for those tired of the same dishes!
INGREDIENTS

Fresh broccoli
1 head, cut into florets
Raisins
½ cup
Red onion
¼ cup, chopped
White sugar
2 tbsps
White wine vinegar
3 tbsps
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Sunflower seeds
1 cup
Bacon
10 slices
DIRECTIONS
- Fry the slices of bacon in a skillet over a medium heat until golden brown. Cut the slices into pieces.
- Put broccoli, raisins and red onions in a large bowl; then toss the ingredients together.
- Mix together white sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over broccoli, raisins, and red onions; toss all the ingredients together. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Add sunflower seeds and bacon before serving.
