Thick-cut bacon

Butter

Salt

Ground black pepper

Brussels sprouts
1 lb
Large onion
1/2, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet over medium-high, cook bacon until crispy. Line a plate with a paper towel. Transfer the bacon to the plate. Chop.
- In the skillet, melt butter over high heat. Add chopped onion. Add Brussels sprouts. Cook for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Transfer bacon to the skillet. Toss. Serve and enjoy your Brussels Sprouts with Bacon!
