INGREDIENTS

Butterscotch topping
2 tbsp.
Soda water
1 cup
Cream soda
1 cup
Whipped cream
2 tbsp.
Caramel sauce
2 tbsp.
Salt
1 pinch
DIRECTIONS
- Pop a glass mug in the freezer 15 minutes before you start mixing your butterbeer to get it properly chilled.
- Once the mug has chilled, pour soda water and butterscotch topping in it and stir to mix. Add cream soda.
- In a separate small bowl, mix whipped cream with caramel sauce and salt. Spoon the mixture into the glass mug and stir gently to let it froth!
