INGREDIENTS

Butterscotch topping
2 tbsp.
Soda water
1 cup
Cream soda
1 cup
Whipped cream
2 tbsp.
Caramel sauce
2 tbsp.
Salt
1 pinch
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pop a glass mug in the freezer 15 minutes before you start mixing your butterbeer to get it properly chilled.
  2. Once the mug has chilled, pour soda water and butterscotch topping in it and stir to mix. Add cream soda.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix whipped cream with caramel sauce and salt. Spoon the mixture into the glass mug and stir gently to let it froth!
