These Blackened Tuna Steaks are just the thing when you need a flavorful and healthy dinner!
INGREDIENTS

Fresh tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
1 1/2 lbs
Butter
2 tbsps
Cajun seasoning
2 tbsps
Olive oil
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Coat the fish steak with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over high heat. When the oil is about to start smoking, add tuna. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side (or to desired doneness). Serve.
