INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Yams OR sweet potatoes
1 (29 ounce) can
Butter  
1/4 cup, cut into pieces
Brown sugar  
1/2  cup
Miniature marshmallows  
1 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Set the oven to 400° F/200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Drain yams/sweet potatoes. Put them in a medium sized baking dish and coarsely mash. Evenly dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Layer with miniature marshmallows.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender and marshmallows have melted.
