INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Salmon fillets
2 (6 oz.), boneless
Dried basil
1 tbsp.
Tomato
1, thinly sliced
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp., grated
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet, line it with aluminum foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Put salmon pieces on the foil. Top with basil and tomato slices, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the salmon becomes opaque in the center and the cheese is a bit browned on top.
