Just the right dish for a Friday night – just as for any other weeknight, too!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Salmon fillets
2 (6 oz.), boneless
Dried basil
1 tbsp.
Tomato
1, thinly sliced
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp., grated
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Prepare a baking sheet, line it with aluminum foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put salmon pieces on the foil. Top with basil and tomato slices, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the salmon becomes opaque in the center and the cheese is a bit browned on top.
