A savory combination of 3 cheeses, juicy beef, and easy-to-cook ziti make the dish so special!
INGREDIENTS

Dry ziti pasta
1 lb.
Onion
1, chopped
Ground beef
1 lb.
Spaghetti sauce
2 (26 oz.) jars
Provolone cheese
6 oz., sliced
Sour cream
1 ½ cups
Mozzarella cheese
6 oz., shredded
Parmesan
2 tbsp., grated
DIRECTIONS
- Add water to a large pot, season with salt, and bring it to a boil. Cook ziti for about 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add onion and beef to a large skillet and brown the ingredients.
- Add spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and butter it.
- Place in layers: half the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, ½ spaghetti sauce mixture, the second half of ziti, mozzarella cheese, and the rest of the sauce. Top with Parmesan.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
