You can prepare this casserole for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and it'll be delicious anyway!
INGREDIENTS

Frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (32 oz.) package
Ham
8 oz., cooked, diced
Condensed cream of potato soup
2 (10.75 oz.) cans
Sour cream
1 (16 oz.) container
Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups, shredded
Parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish and lightly grease it.
- Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, spread the mixture in the dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until lightly brown and bubbly. Serve.
