INGREDIENTS

Chicken broth
4 cups
Potatoes
4 cups, peeled, cubed
Salt
½ tsp.
White pepper
¼ tsp.
Red pepper
¼ tsp.
Cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) package, cut into chunks
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine chicken broth, potatoes, salt, white pepper, and red pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil and keep boiling on a medium heat until potatoes are tender.
  3. Smash some potatoes to make the soup thicker, reduce to a low heat, and add cream cheese.
  4. Cook until all the cheese melts, stirring frequently.
